Regulatory Analysis

This document analyses the laws that regulate the application of the VAE in the Partner Countries and presents the state-of-the-art practices that partner countries employ at the national level. This analysis also includes a study for the transferability of this approach in other EU countries after the end of the project.

This research, coordinated by Synthesis and supported by The Square Dot Team, will aim at verifying the state of the of the regulations of the job skills linked to diplomas. In the VAE process, the candidate must constitute a validation document including the description of his/her aptitudes, skills and knowledge mobilized during his job experience and also additional training courses.

Results are available in English, French and Italian.
